Description:
My Hero was John Peel, and although these programmes won't exclusively feature new bands, there will be lots of great music from some of the most exciting new releases, to tracks from across the last 5 decades. You can expect to hear anything from Rock, Indie, Americana, Folk-roots, Jazz, Reggae, World, Blues, Punk, Ambient, Trance, Soul, Dance, Hip-Hop and much more. Each week I will feature a jazz band/artist, and a folk-roots/Americana/Rock artist and I will be previewing live music in the local area. I'm planning to interview local & visiting artists in the studio, and have them play live if possible. So, if you are looking for unusual, out of the mainstream hidden gems, tune your radio to 105.6 on a Tuesday night and listen to Dreamtime, and discover a whole new world of music.
