The Surgeons' Pete Kliskey is on the phone at the top of the show with a reminder about their Penzance Punx Picnic which is happening on Saturday 4th November. This is the 2nd Punx Picnic and the awesome line up will ensure a sell out.
Newquay based singer songwriter and Truro College student Daisy Clark is live on the Lounge tonight. Daisy became an internet sensation after posting her cover of Hopelessly Devoted To You on You Tube. Warner Music Group picked her up and released the song and now she is in huge demand at festivals and gigs.
Thanks to The Old Bakery Studio in Truro, we launch a competition tonight to give away a pair of tickets to their Mod night on Saturday 28th October, the one and only Small Fakers are headlining. Tune in to find out how you can enter.

Mod legend John Hellier is on the phone tonight. Growing up on the 60's Essex Mod scene, John played in various bands but found his niche as a journalist. He produces Small Faces Fanzine The Darlings of Wapping Wharf Launderette as well as regularly contributing articles to Mojo, Uncut, Loaded and Record Collector. John has written books on the Small Faces and Steve Marriott, at times collaborating with Paulo Hewitt and Paul Weller; he is currently writing Ronnie Lane's biography and researching his next book - a biography of original Who Manager Pete Meadon. John is the go to guy for information on the Mod scene and is in constant demand to share his knowledge on television, film and radio.
Keeping it Mod tonight - another treat as we chat to Small Fakers' Drummer Dan Taylor. The band headline a great night at the Old Bakery Studios on Saturday 28th October with support from The Viewers and RSAB's top Mod Martin Bate
Our final guest tonight is another phoner! Alex Thomas has been gaining rave reviews for his Live On Mars show, a longtime Bowie fan Alex is living the dream andkeeping Bowie's music live. The tour comes to Hall For Cornwall on 31st October.

Jonah's Lift have been building a large fan base as they entertain audiences with their fabulous live performances of their own take on eclectic folk rock. A great sound including fiddle and drum n bass, these guys get everyone up and dancing.

A warm welcome back to the Lounge for Tim Renwick and Melvina James as Hobson's Chloice. With Tim's terrific musicianship and Melvina's rich, velvet vocals the duo are in constant demand.
